Desperation

In the heart of the Nevada desert lies Desperation, a ghost town abandoned by all except for one relentless local cop who enforces laws in the desolate wilderness. When travellers and a drifting writer find themselves stopped and stranded in this forsaken place, they begin to uncover secrets as sinister as the dark forces that seem to rule it. What begins as an inexplicable detention becomes a terrifying encounter with something far more malevolent than a lonely outpost in the desert.
